The hotel had a mixed experience for me. The rooms were smaller than expected, but the loft style open room with high ceilings and glass enclosed tub/rainfall shower was unique. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff offering a glass of fruit juice and even writing me a special birthday card. The location was convenient for the most part, although there were some inconveniences with noise and lack of privacy in certain areas. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were adequate.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms that are clean, tidy, and silent, although a bit dark due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. It would be enhanced by having blackout curtains on the room side and regular curtains on the window side to let in some light. The service is personable and attentive, with a very sweet and accommodating demeanor. The location is superb, especially for those interested in high-end restaurants and clubs, situated in the vibrant and safe Zona Rosa. The dining experience is generally delightful with yummy offerings, although the lack of variety over consecutive mornings may be a drawback.
